Stretch Science

Description

This specialty certification provides the instructor with the POS system. This system is a multi-joint program designed to improve muscle function by increasing range of motion. With the use of The Promise Rope, you will learn all of the training modalities which incorporate this rope as the ultimate training partner. You will learn the entire scientifically proven concept of active-assisted stretching to improve flexibility and create stabilization in the joints. The training includes hands-on practical sessions and requires passing a written exam to receive ISCA Stretch Science Certification.
