Certified Thermal Spray Operator

Description

The Thermal Spray Certification Committee (TSCC) determined the Certified Thermal Spray Operator to be a person who generally works under supervision to safely perform fundamental tasks for thermal spray that include taking a part from beginning to end of the spray process. Tasks performed include, but are not limited to; surface preparation, masking, set up and positioning (e.g., turntable, lathe), monitoring, cleaning, maintaining spray equipment.
